MEET THE BROTHERS
A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT
SUNG CHO '25
President
Welcome to the Delta Omicron Chapter of PGN!

First of all, thank you so much for your interest in our organization. If you’re looking for a tight-knit community of driven and friendly students from all over campus, you’re in the right place! Before I explain all the benefits that PGN can provide in your undergraduate journey, let me tell you a little bit more about myself. Coming to Cornell from halfway across the world, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find my place at such a large institution. As I explored various communities in my freshmen year, I noticed a lot of the upperclassmen I looked up to all knew each other through one organization – PGN. This motivated me to try out for PGN, and joining the fraternity was the best decision I made at Cornell.
At PGN, you will be able to enjoy the benefits of an unparalleled education program that supports your professional development, career exploration, and network building. However, what makes us truly unique is the diversity of our brotherhood. This year, PGN at Cornell includes brothers going to top firms like Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Co., serving as brand ambassadors for $2 billion corporations, and representing 10 different countries, all of whom you will find yourself calling your closest friends on campus.

Joining PGN in my freshmen year, I learned the importance of surrounding myself with individuals who are genuinely enthusiastic about my professional and personal goals and who I aspire to be in the next few years at Cornell. The first people I reach out to when I have an upcoming interview, personal difficulties, or want to go on a cruise trip during spring break have always been my brothers in PGN. If this is the environment you are looking for, I cordially invite you to learn more about our organization by coming to our information sessions, signing up for coffee chats, or reaching out to any of our amazing members.
My letter ends here, but your journey with Phi Gamma Nu at Cornell begins now!
